Blurring the line between Rome and Manhattan since 2014 is the venerable Italian import Alfredo 100. Named after Alfredo di Lelio, otherwise known as the creator of the Roman classic Fettuccine Alfredo in 1914, the bustling Midtown flagship location is sharing over 100 years of history, recipes and passion, helmed by Co-Owners Russell Bellanca and Ilaria Coletto. Striving to maintain the authenticity and quality for which the original Alfredo of Rome is known and loved, Alfredo 100 continues to push boundaries beyond the cheese laden dish including a weekend Italian jazz brunch, a multitude of vegan and gluten-free options from Executive Chef James Henderson (Periyali, Aureole) and tableside flare.
